TPS61261: PFM mode Boost IC , input: 1.2V， output 3.3V/0.1A

i want  to find a Boost IC

Requirements:

1. Input: 1.2V, output: 3.3V/0.1A

2. Must be in PFM Mode when the output  at  both high and low load currents.

could you help to search it?
