LM5175RHFEVM-HD: PCB files and 4 layer design

Team,

my customer is looking for PCB files of our LM5175RHFEVM-HD EVM. The tool folder only provides the PDF user guide.
Can we provide the PCB/Cadence files?

Also, the EVM is a 6 layer design.
Do we have a similar design with 4 layers?

    The board was designed in Altium, and we can email you the Altium design files if they are helpful. To my knowledge the EVMs (including the HP board and the standard EVM) are all 6 layers, but we do have some customer only use 4 layers. There are many reference designs some of which may be 4 layers too, but I cannot identify which one.
