Hi All

Could you please suggest any TI reference DC-DC power supply design using TI PWM for the below listed requirements?

Input: 24V DC

Output: 12V DC, 4A Load

We are looking for less BOM cost design for our application.

Your help is highly appreciated.

You could consider using the on line Webench design tool. You can input your requirements and it will return possible solutions. You can sort these by BOM cost, size and efficiency. Let us know if this works for you and what solutions you are interested in.

Thanks for your response. I tried webench tool and I found a LM5022 based design that would work. The link is below. The issue is that the transformer height is closer to .750". My requirement is to have form factor of approx. L 2.000" x W 2.000" x H .600" PCB assembly size to fit on enclosure. Would it be possible to substitute the suggested transformer for a planar type?

That is an isolated design. Do you need an isolated design or can you use non-isolated?
