BQ24072: Reverse current on IN pin from Battery

Hello Team,

Does the IN pin allow reverse current flow from the battery when the input pin is not connected to the charge source? In the functional block diagram there is a single pass NFET, so the assumption is that when IN is lower than OUT then the body diode can conduct and the IN pin will equal the battery voltage if it is floating right?

    Casey,
    Although the functional block diagram shows a single NFET, there are actually 2 opposite NFETs in series to prevent this so if IN is lower than OUT, the IN pin won't be equal to the battery voltage as there will be almost zero current flowing from battery to IN.
