I has some questions.

I need 28S Battery AFE and I found BQ76PL455A and BQ76PL455A-Q1.

Is these parts have below certifications?

UL1973(Battery Pack Certi)

UL991(H/W Ceriti)

UL1998(S/W Certi)

IEC60730-1

    Hi SS,

    For a 28s AFE you will need to daisy chain two pl455 devices together.

    My understanding is that the certifications you have mentioned apply at the end product level, and not the semiconductor level.

    Another question.
    I need the protection IC for OV, UV, Over current, Short current, etc..
    So I found bq77904/5 and I think I will use 6 bq77095 for 28s cells.
    My application is ESS using 28s cells.
    For this application, 2 BQ76PL455 + 6 BQ77905 is best solution?
    Do you have the solution document?
