can you tell me how much space ( give dimensions) ,a TPS60100 dc to dc boost up converter will take on the PCB??

    This will depend on your operating requirements.  Beginning on page 16 of the datasheet, the capacitor requirements are given.  Only the IC and 4 capacitors are required for a complete design.  A list of recommended capacitors is given on page 17.
