Board thickness is 62 mils total and the copper weight is 2oz of copper on each layer.

As mentioned 2 oz of copper is used on each layer, which translates to 2.8mils thickness.

The Thickness of 1, 2 and 3 is 16.9mils each.

The image of each layer of the EVM is given in the user guide.  See link below.

My understanding is 1st layer image is Fig 18 and 4th layer is Fig 20.
Could you provide layout images of 2nd and 3rd layers?
