The datasheet says that for power save mode the TPS61070/3 will enter Power Save mode when the inductor current reaches zero. Then the device will stop switching until the output voltage reaches a certain threshold and then turn back on to bring the voltage back up to the set point.
The data sheet does not seem to specify what this threshold voltage is.
Can someone tell me what is this threshold voltage? 3% of Vout?
