MOSFET selection HELP

Hi all,

I need a little help to select an appropriate MOSFET for a four-channel DC/DC converter.

The main requirements are the following:

- f_s switching frequency 50kHz-100kHz

- relatively low R_DSon resistance

- power rating: max. 100 W

- input voltage of the converter: 90 V - 200 V

- output voltages (4 channels): each of them 2-20 V

- maximal I_D (peak current): 10 A

Hello Akos,
TI does not make mosfets with >100Vds, however we have many reference designs that use higher voltage mosfets.
You can go to this TI DESIGNS landing page;
www.ti.com/.../refdesignsearchresults.tsp

Then click the tab on the middle left of the page:
Search power designs by parameters

Here you will find a broad range of reference designs, different topologies, power levels.
This will give you suggestions on mosfets that TI designers felt comfortable with.
