Hello,

 

I need some additional package information about TPS7A90 and TPS7A91.

 

1.

Are thermal pad and terminal pins are on the exact same plane?

 

2.

I need average value of the 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the below figures.

Is it OK to calculate it simply by (max+min)/2

    Hi Oba,

    The thermal pad and the terminal pins are on the same plane in this package.

    You should also be able to calculate the average of these dimensions by taking the min+max/2. This should give the average of these parameters over all units.
