Our customer consider to use LM5175-Q1.

Vin=6V to 18V

Vout=5V

Ioutmax=14A

Fsync=500kHz

Which tool you recommend they should use Webench or LM5175QUICKSTART-CALC to design?

You can try both. If parallel MOSFET is needed for your 14A load current, Webench would not create the design and give you an error of not able to find suitable FETs. If the calculator shows much losses on MOSFETs, you may need to consider using parallel MOSFETs to share the power dissipation. Another advice is, please not be limited by the recommended FES on the calculator. Choose one that best fits for your application.

Thank you for your reply.I tell them both tools can be used.

In Webench,I can't input Sync Frequency 500kHz.

Following comment is there.

"Optimization data is not available for this design!"

Please advise us.
