May I know what's the with Rj-c , Rj-b , Ψj-t parameter of TPS63000-Q1?

It should be different from TPS63000 because the Rj-a are different.

    The difference is minor. you can use the values from the TPS63000 datasheet, they have been updated recently, it is more accurate.
    We plan to have the same table in the new revision of the TPS63000-Q1 datasheet.
