Hello,
Cb under voltage lock out value is ~2.1V.
This capacitor is charged using an internal diode during low period of switch node.
Recommended value for bootstrap capacitor will depend on ratio between Vout and Vin. If input voltage is less than 2x of output voltage capacitor value between 0.15 and 1 uF is recommended, otherwise 0.15uF is recommended.
It is recommended to verify that Cboot value other than recommended value (0.15uF) works under desired operating conditions.
