WEBENCH® Tools/LM2842-Q1: LM2842-Q1: Immunity to EMI PULSE 2 and 3B

Part Number: LM2842-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2842

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hello, I'm working on an automotive project and by standard we need execute some conducted EMI tests on the devices. One of the tests is to subject the device to a series of EMI Pulses according to ISO 7937-2. The system supply is protected by a TVS diode with maximum breakdown voltage of 45V and a clamping voltage of 58.1V at 3.44A. the doubt is if the LM2842 is capable of resisting a series of pulses of 150V with duration of 200us and time between pulses is 100ms? I have calculated the energy of each pulse: 28.8mJ. Or should I use a voltage regulator with a higher voltage rating?

Regards.
