Hi

Are there the problem  that the voltage apply VIN terminal after EN was high for TPS53127?

    Yokota-san,

    In general it is not a good idea to power an IO pin before applying Vin. Reason being turning on ESD protection diodes or causing some other issue.
    If this is condition cannot be changed would recommend a resistor in series with EN pin.
