LMZ12001EXT: LMZ12001EXT lower operating temperature clarification

Please can you clarify the low temperature operating range.

Tc states -55degC

Page 26 of the datasheet states -40degC

The temperature in the 'Order Now' tab states -55degC.

I am assuming it is a typo on the datasheet, both Tc and Ta should be -55degC?

Hi Andrew,

Can you provide a screenshot of where you found -40degC on page 26? Page 26 of the LMZ12001EXT datasheet shows three package options all for -55C to 125C operation temperature.

The LMZ12001EXT is speced out to work for junction temperature range: -55C to 125C.

Hi Jimmy,

I have looked at the datasheet and it appears that they have been amended and I agree they are set to -55 to +125deg C.
