we used TPS5530,output current is loaded to 1.6A when the output voltage began to decline, the phenomenon of overcurrent protection, datasheet protection current as follows, according to theoretical calculations, OCP should be about 2A, the current OCP point is low, please help us to see if there is Improve methods, thanks!

The maximum output capability of the TPS55330 is around 11.5V/1.8A at Vin=5V, so if your outtput current is >2A, then TPS55330 is not fit. The reason for the output voltage drop is because of low efficiency or you didn't take the trace volatge drop into account. did you use a long trace in your circuit? If the trace is short enough, then that is because of the poor eff. because of bad layout or choose a poor component during the design.
But since Io=2A, I suggest you choose TPS61089 or TPS61088, which is more fit for this application.
