I don't think this will be too difficult to convert Figure 3's Y-Axis into a log scale. I have reached out to our datasheet writer, hopefully I will have something for you in 24 hours.

Is this by any chance for reverse polarity protection?

I only ask because this device is becoming popular for that application in remote I/O modules.
