Hello,
My customer is looking to use the TPS82676 in a system that will typically have Vin=5V (may be as high as 5.25V with tolerance). They note that we advise operation above 4.8V for extended periods may affect device reliability. What would be the expected reliability impact if they are only operating at 10mA out (max) from this input level?
