WEBENCH® Tools/LMZ10503: i need 3.3V out put derived from 5v using LMZ10503,kindly share the design

Part Number: LMZ10503

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

i need 3.3V out put derived from 5v using LMZ10503,kindly share the design

  • Hi Prakash,

    From my understanding you want to step down 5V to 3.3V. What is your required Iout specification?

    If you haven't already done so, the LMZ10503 product page has a WEBENCH Designer simulation tool on the far right of the page to allow customers to on-the-fly generate a design specific for their needs.

    Linked is an example  using the WEBENCH Designer Tool for an application where the nominal input voltage is 5V, output voltage of 3.3V, and output current of 3A.

  • i have already tried the webench,their i am not getting LMZ10503 based design(i have entered the input range 2.95 to 5.5V and output 3.3V and 3A,but it showing change input value)kindly provide schematics for the same specification using LMZ10503 because it is mounted on board
  • Hi Prakash,

    The setting for WEBENCH Designer Tool are shown below in the "Change Inputs" section. Also attached is an enlarged screenshot of the schematic used in this simulation.

    Initial Conditions:

    VinMin = Vinmax = 5V (nominal input voltage)

    Vout = 3.3V

    Iout = 3A
