The TPS23757 has a lower Vin minimum (9.3V) than the TPS23754 (15.7V). Otherwise, all other differences are tied to the difference in maximum PD Class they can achieve (TPS23757 limited to maximum of Class 3; TPS23754 can support Class 4).
