Hi jasper Li,

Please find the attached image for leakage current

leakage current into vout :  Hope this current to be measured at output of this boost converter. I  am looking for procedure for testing leakage current as mentioned in datasheet. As per the test conditions, i have to force 1.2V to input pin and 0V to enable pin. What about the output pin? Is it required to force 3.3V to output pin or i have to set the output using external resistors. Please clarify.
Leakage current for SW :Please let me know, What is the  significance of this parameters? Hope this current to be measured at input of this boost converter.Else please let me know the procedure to measure this parameter.why the Vout is greater than or equal to Vin for doing this test.

while measuring leakage current into Vout what should be the connection to SW pin ??
It should be connected to inductor or left open(floating)??
