For this buck converter TLV62568, where (WHICH PIN) should i probe for measuring the switching frequency. Please let me know the procedure to check the switching frequency.

Hello Anuraj,

at the link below you will find an accurate explanation on the method for measuring the output ripple:

in order to get the switching frequency you can use the same method applied to the SW pin of the TLV62568 versus the GND pin. Once you get the square wave signal on the scope, you can measure it's frequency by a dedicated utility of the scope itself.
