Hi Team,
I've read in a previous post that the metallization used in the FemtoFETs is either ENiAu or ENiPd. Can you specify which metallization is used for these parts: CSD18541F5, CSD15380F3, and CSD25480F3? If you could provide the full metallization stackup that would be helpful as well.
