The turn on control calculation is written in 8.3.2 of datasheet.
Do you have min/max value of this calculation?

    Hi PAN-M,

    Timing for this device can vary based on input voltage, device variation, loading conditions, and temperature. It is difficult to guarantee a min/max for these timing parameters. The best way to do so would be to get an EVM and test your specific application condition to see what timing to expect.

    I told that it is very difficult to prescribe this timing to my customer who asked this question.
    However, as for the IC of our customer, the turn on timing of the power supply is limited.
    I asked you a question whether there was not a rough value.
