TPS25940: DEVSLP: if not used - what should one do with that pin?

I have a customer design using the TPS25940 that does not need the DEVSLP mode.

In looking at the e2e post: 

it is mentioned that one can disable the function, but then never says how to go about doing so.

Please let me know.  (i.e. Tie to GND? Bypass to GND? Float?)
