My question is in the tittle.
I want to know what is the working of the TPS62200 for VI=0V to 2.5V? In my application, at start up, VI raised from 0 to 3.3V.
Thank you

The TPS62200 has an internal UVLO circuit. This keeps the output off until the input voltage reaches some value between 1.5V and 2V. This value is specified in the datasheet. Once Vin passes this voltage, the part will start switching and the output voltage will begin to ramp up to the setpoint. The device will operate at 2V input, but it is only tested and the specs guaranteed at 2.5V input.

The TPS62240 is a newer buck converter that you might take a look at.
