Hi,

The datasheet have two parameters "Inductor ripple current and switch current". Please let me know the difference between this two parameters.

Both should be measured at the same point. I.e in series to inductor. please confirm.

Inductor ripple current is the ripple current, which is peak to peak value.
You can understand Switch current is the inductor current.
