TPS62153: FSW = LOW to limit inrush current

Hi

According to datasheet, FSW needs to be LOW to limit inrush current.

However, we want to select switching frequency as 1.25MHz so it requires FSW =  HIGH.

If FSW is connected to Vout or PG, could it be started with FSW = Low state?
