LM5141: Webench not working for Iout of 10A

Hello team,

Please see below customer question:

We’re looking at the LM5141. I believe the LM5141 –Q1 is a HI-REL version aimed at the automotive industry?

We’re designing a buck. Vin = 30 to 34VDC , Vout = +12VDC @ 10A.

I tried the TI Web Bench, but it would only let me do a design up to 9.4A for some reason.

Hi,

It looks like the temperature according to webench is beyond 150 degree C.

I'll bring it up to the webench group just to make sure.

Also, the requirements are
Vin (min) 30 V
Vin (max) 34V
Iout 10A
Vout 12V

Also, can you recommend any 10 A FETs for the controllers?
