    Hi,

    Thanks for your interest in our devices.

    The difference is in the ambient temperate rating of the devices:
    TA = –40°C to +105°C for UCC2732x
    TA = 0°C to 70°C for UCC3732x

    Depending on your application, you may consider our newest low-side gate driver which is in Preview stage and will be released to production very soon: www.ti.com/.../ucc27511a
