Customer ordered the EVM,but didn't mange to operate it above 1.5MH (750K each ).

What could be the reason?

Hi
The LM25037 has an oscillator capable of 2MHz operation.
The oscillator frequeny is set by the value of RT1 and RT2

Did the customer use section 7.4.3 of the data sheet to set the frequency ?

selected for DT (for about 50nS) - RT2=10K

And for RT1=3k.

The oscillator goes to minimum duty cycle and the circuit is not working with the selected resistors.

The maximum frequency that circuit still working is about 1.6MHz
