Thanks for reaching out! Im an apps engineer with the gate driver team and will help you out. UCC27511 can operate at high frequency. Figure 15 of the UCC27511 datasheet shows supply current with frequencies up to 600kHz.To determine the maximum input frequency - rise/fall time, source/sink drive current and thermal should be under consideration.
-rise/fall time should be less than about 3% of the switching period so that switching losses are not excessive.
-source/sink peak current should greater than (Ciss)(dV_gate)/(t_rise/fall)
-thermal power dissipation in the resistive elements in the gate charge/discharge path from gate drive loss is proportional to frequency (page25 of UCC27511 datasheet)
