Hi Reference Team,
I'm reaching out about the REF1112 and it's operating range. In the datasheet it makes the statement:
"The REF1112 is specified from –40°C to +85°C with operation extending from –40°C to +125°C."
What does this mean?
Maybe a better question, what temp range do we actually test to?
There are 3 different ranges throughout the datasheet, the operating range in the orderable parts section clearly notes only up to 85:
While the recommended temp range is up to 125:
To add to this, the abs max temp rating is down to -55C:
