TPS61070: High noise and spike

I am currently developing a system that needs 5V for an ADC.

The TPS61070 generate a too noise (spikes) at the signal. is this normal?

If you measured with a long probe ground lead, the noise may not be real but pickup by the ground leads. Please use the short ground lead like the spring tip to measure the voltage. If you still see such noise, your circuit may not be stable, or your circuity layout may need to be improved.

although layout may not be the root cause of the ripple issue you share, which may be caused by the measure method as Youhao Suggested.
the PCB layout is not good. the COUT loop is too long, which is very critical to a boost converter. you have a look at page 19 of datasheet for layout suggestion, and "www.ti.com/.../slva773.pdf" to review your layout.
