The inquiry is about internal startup delay time without the external soft-start circuit.

Hello Higa,

There is no internal soft start. the device will instantly turn on once VCC UV rising threshold is exceeded.

Hi Higa,

The LM5018 does not have an internal soft-start circuit. However, current limit will engage uring startup to limit the peak inductor current, thus limiting the charge rate of the output capacitor.
