BQ24308: Question about CE

Hi,

I've two questions pertaining BQ24308:

1. In datasheet pg 6, High-level input voltage V(IH) of CE stated the min spec is 1.4V. Does that mean that it requires at least 1.4V to enable the device?
Customer of mine encountered a symptom whereby by applying 1.1V, the device is already turned on. Is this considered normal? Could you also advise the range of the V(IH)?

2. In pg 9 of datasheet, the'Enable Function' stated the internal pulldown resistor 200kΩ typical. Does TI have the Max/Min as well spec distribution of this internal pulldown resistor?
Customer would like to know this spec to understand how it affects specs since they're using external pull-up resistor before CE pin to divide voltage.

I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Currently i do not have the answer for you. I have reached out to my designers to look into it, who have reached out to my characterization team. Since this part is a rather old one we are combing through the archives looking to see if any characterization data was taken.
