Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
I am designing power supply circuit using TPS63070.
My application requirements are as follows
Vin: 6V to 8.4 V
Vout: 8 V
Load current: 1.6 milliamps
I am following the design suggested by webench but BOM which is suggested by webench is not available so I want to simulate the design with alternate passive components. But some properties of capacitors are changing with frequency. In such case, value at which frequency has to be taken? Similarly how to decide the value of IRMS.
For example,
GRM32ER61C476ME15L - Recommended by webench. (But not available from our vendor).
So I chose GRM32EC81C476KE15L as an alternative and I would like to validate it by simulation. Please help me in getting the following information about GRM32EC81C476KE15L
1) Derated Cap, 2) ESR, 3) IRMS, 4) Total derated capacitor.
