BQ25890: MSM8909 with BQ25890 can't power on at low battery

Hi TI Sir :

below is MSM8909 power on with Vbat=3.5V , Use 9V adaptor

below is MSM8909 can't power on with Vbat=3.0V , Use 9V adaptor


below is MSM8909 power on with Vbat=3.0V , Use 5V adaptor


I can't find what's happen with low voltage of battery, it made MSM8909 can not power on.
Please help me to check
