Hi team

I am trying to construct the circuit as shown above.

I want to make the output voltage negative.

Is it possible to change the output and GND position?

Please answer about my question.

Here is a design example of something very close to your application .

FOr inverted buck/boost , you would need to put positive supply between Vin and Vout (which is return path ie reference) and the GND as -Vout .
