Do you have recommendations for the footprint of this component package (S-PVQFN-N14) as well as stencil design aperture and oven profile?

Here is an app note on the PCB attachement:

It includes information about stencil design and re-flow profiles.

The TPS54620 datasheet has the recommended footprint and stencil appended to the back in the Mechanical Data section.

Hi John,

Thank for the information, but I could not verify anything about the reflow profile.

Are you aware of soldering problems on other users? namely solder balls under the component.

Joao,

The solder reflow profile is in section 5.2 and shown in Figure 13. There are no solder issues that I am aware of.
