Our customer is using TPS62590 applied to USB 5V input and 3.3V/400mA output. The 3.3V output has no output or short to ground occasionally. And it is found that the high side or low side MOSFET of the chip output end has been burnt out, the failure rate is about 8 parts per ten thousandths. we have already tested the SW and Input voltage waveform and they are good.
would you please give your advice or share your experience for us? thanks.
