I have been purchase the following TI part from the reputed online distributors with the following date code.

You are requested to kindly notify us shelf life of product, since as per date code 9999 , unable to find the manufaturing date of the part, consequently we could use this part in our system or not where we are expecting the MTBF of our system to be more than 10 year.
Please response with appropriate documents
