Hi Bastiaan,

thanks for your interest in TI. This paper is not an exact match for a bipolar flyback design but you may find it useful:www.ti.com/.../slup261.pdf.

Also take a look at UCC28720 which can be used in a flyback bipolar design. The design calculator can be found at the bottom of this page:www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware.
