UCC256303: Re-start issue

Could you provide UCC2563030 all protection state(Latch or Auto-restart)?

Issue Description:

1. LLC start-up with light load, it can’t build normal volt(12V).It always restart RVCC and FB (during 1S)
If LLC start-up with empty load that can build up, but the output voltage is many step to build 12V.

Hi Ira Tong,

Thanks for your interest in UCC256303. I would recommend checking the waveform of ISNS and BW. From you description, it sounds like the controller is detecting a fault condition (most likely OCP) during startup.

If this is indeed the case, you can either adjust your OCP set point or increase the switching frequency during startup by reducing the capacitance of the VCR divider.
