TPS2491: Output of Hot Swap Controller Pulled Low When Connected to Input of LM22672.

Hello all, 

As the title says the output of my TPS2491 is pulled low when I connect it to the input of my LM22672 switching regulator. 

Here's a schematic of how I've currently got it connected: 

When I test the hot swap circuit and the regulator circuit each independently they work fine. It's only when I connected the output of the hot swap circuit to the input of the regulator circuit that it gets pulled low.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
