    Hi Jose,

    In addition to the EN pin input capacitance value, do you also need to know the start up time from EN reaching 0.9 V until Vout = 98% of Vout(nom)? Typical startup time is 100 usec. I can check for data on min/max for startup time.

    Hi Jose,

    The EN pin input capacitance is not specified or tested in production. It is usually in the low fF (femtofarads) and has almost no contribution to the startup time.

    The datasheet only specifies 100 usec typical startup time. This is delay + startup ramp time. There is no spec for min or max startup time.

    From the validation data: delay time is about 80 - 95 usec, ramp time is about 20 - 65 usec.

    Ramp time is dependent on output voltage:
    Ramp time for 0.9 V output is 20 usec
    ramp time for 1.8 V output is 30 usec
    ramp time for 5 V output is 65 usec

    These are typical results. I don't have statistical data or a model for performance.
