TPS54061: more detailed information on internal current sense and slope compensation

Hi,

There is no further information on internal slope compensation and current sense in TPS54061 datasheet. What is the value of slope compensation ramp and current sense resistor/gain?

    Hello Juha,

    The ramp comp is approximatly 60% of rated current in a clock cycle = 120 mA(Peak PH current)*fsw for the TPS54061.  This part uses the high side MOSFET as a sense resistor.  When calculating loop response, the relavent specification is "COMP to Iswitch gm"  which for the TPS54061 is 1 A(Peak PH current)/V(Comp voltage).
