Hi Team,

Could you please recommend a suitable MOSFET solution for the application discussed in this thread? (24 Vin, 12Vout / 50A)

As my customer plans to dissipate the heat by a heatsink, I think either TO220 or D2PAK would be the right package.

For now, I recommended him CSD18533KCS (TO220) and CSD18542KTT (TO263).
