TL5001: Does this controller work for N-mos without external driver?

Dear sir/madam,

I am currently using TL5001 for boost converter design. The input is 5V, output is 12V. The power level is around 12 W.

I use N-mos IRF8707 for the main switch. The inductor is 22uH. 

Do I need external driver for the mosfet I used?

I don't know why there is no output signal from pin 1 and the Pin3 (comp) and Pin 4 (SCP) is always high ( around 2.4V) when it was powered.

Would you please help me address these problems?
